FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
¿Which services are included?The completely equipped accomodation, fiscal charges, bed sheets and towels, water, electricity, maintenance and cleaning of swimming-pools and gardens. Final cleaning.
¿Which services are not included?Additional beds, baby beds, baby chairs, extraordinary cleaning, access of pets. Please ask for these items, Wobuu.com will place them at your disposal.
¿What is the object insurance for and what does it cover?
It only cobers possible accidents at the accomodation. The misuse of installations, furnitures, or household goods will be at the leaser’s charge, as they are his responsibility.
¿How can I reserve a villa?
The pre-reservations will be effected via the reservation system TPV (Terminal Punto de Venta / Point Of Sale) or via bank transfer.
¿Which payment methods exist?
1º.- Payment, pre-reservation which includes reservation costs, insurances and administrative charges.
2º.- Payment is the reservation confirmation. This amount varies between 20% and 20% according to the condition of each accommodation, the required payment deadline will as well vary.
3º.- Payment, in cash at the hand-over of keys.
¿How can I carry out the payments?
Payment will be effected exclusively via credit card or bank transfer.
TPV Credit card, Payment by credit card, the simplest way to formalize the pre-reserve. You will enter the required information and effect payment via a secure connection. The reservation system will send you an email with the pre-reservation document and generate the reservation. You will pay the remaining amount according to the conditions of each accommodation which will be communicated before the payment of the pre-reservation.
Payment by bank transfer. You will have to print out the cost form of the reservation in order to confirm payment and carry out a bank transfer of the amount of pre-reservation (only and exclusively of the pre-reservation). Once you have carried out the bank transfer, you will send us the transfer voucher to reservation@wobuu.com and the reservation system will resend you an email with the pre-reservation document and generate the reservation.
On receipt of the first payment, you will receive your definitive contract with the payment confirmation by email.
¿Are pets admitted?
Generally, pets are not admitted, except for in a few properties subject to prior confirmation. –please contact wobuu.com
¿How do I get to the leased property?
We recommend you print the map which you will find on the property description. There, you will find information regarding the meeting point with the receptionist who will accompany you to your accommodation and show you the installations. Please remember that you have a telephone number for the case of incidents at your disposal.

¿Which documents do I need?
You will be asked for the pre-reservation contract, ID and the remaining amount in cash.
¿Which is the arrival schedule?
Arrivals take place on Saturdays between 17:00 h and 20:00 h, should you arrive beyond this Schedule, on Sundays or holidays, you will have to contact wobuu.com at the Customer line in order to arrange the hand-over of keys. After 48 h without any notice from the part of the client, we will regard the reservation as cancelled, without the possibility of any kind of reimbursement.
¿Which is the departure schedule?
Departures take place on Saturdays before 10h00 am and the accommodation will be left in the same conditions as it was initially, tidy and without any accumulated garbage. Should this not be the case, we will apply a surcharge.
