Conditions
I. Start.
The payment of the pre-reservation implies the knowledge and the acceptance of all the following conditions, and of the obligations and duties derived from the leasing of a good. The general conditions for leasing reservations are an integral part of the contract between leaser and landlord.
The fact of carrying out a lease petition throughout wobuu.com implies the acceptance of the particular conditions of each accommodation.
The property prices published at Wobuu.com are calculated on a weekly basis and according to our lists. Basically, the minimum duration of stay is seven days with arrival and departure on Saturdays. Prices include the provision of the fully equipped accommodation, the fiscal charges on the house, the maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools and gardens.
II. Prices and terms of payment.
The pre-reservation is carried out for end users, declining any responsibility for damages resulting from the loss of company profit. The pre-reservation for leasing will be formalized via Internet, you will receive an immediate confirmation via email.
Payment will be effected exclusively by bank transfer or credit card.
Payment by credit card, the simplest way to formalize the pre-reserve. You will enter the required information and effect payment via a secure connection. The reservation system will send you an email with the pre-reservation document and generate the reservation. You will pay the remaining amount according to the conditions of each accommodation which will be communicated before the payment of the pre-reservation.
Payment by bank transfer. You will have to print out the cost form of the reservation in order to confirm payment and carry out a bank transfer of the amount of pre-reservation (only and exclusively of the pre-reservation). Once you have carried out the bank transfer, you will send us the transfer voucher to info@wobuu.com and the reservation system will resend you an email with the pre-reservation document and generate the reservation.
Should the client change the reservation date, this will be understood as a new reservation and the cancellation conditions will be applied.
III. Object insurance.
The client will take out an object insurance which he will be charged with the pre-reservation. It only covers possible accidents at the accommodation. The misuse of installations, furnitures or household goods will be at the client’s expense as it is his responsibility.
IV. Arrivals and departures.
Hand-over of keys. Print out the map which you will find on the description of the accomodation. There, you will find information regarding the meeting point with the recepcionist. The latter will accompany you to your accomodation and will show you the installations and premises. Upon arrival, you will be asked for the pre-reservation document, your ID and the remaining lease amount. Arrivals will take part on Saturdays between 17:00 h and 20:00 h, should you arrive beyond this schedule, on holidays or Sundays, you will have to contact wobuu.com at the customer line in order to organize the hand-over of keys. After 48 h without any notice from the client, we will consider the reservation as cancelled, without any possibility of any type of reimbursement. Departures will take place on Saturdays before 10h00 am. The accommodation will be left in the same conditions as it was initially, tidy and without any accumulated garbage. Should this not be the case, a surcharge will be applied.
V. Behaviour and usage conditions.
Upon signature of the contract, the client is responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of all his/her fellow travellers. The number of persons by accommodation must not exceed the capacity stated on the pre-reservation, not even during stay. Likewise, the identity of more than 50% of the persons who initially occupied the accommodation must not change. Many owners do not allow parties or groups formed entirely by people younger than 25 years and of the same sex. For those cases, you will require our written authorization. Likewise, animals are not allowed. The final cleaning does neither include the dishes, cutlery and household goods, nor the disposal of the accumulated garbage. We would appreciate if you could use the installations with care and would not abuse of water and electricity. The agency or any authorized staff will have to be granted access to the accommodation during your stay in order to verify the observation of the present obligations.
Wobuu.com and the owner reserve the right to cancel the leasing in case of reasonable doubts regarding the possibility of severe damage to the property. Failure to observe the usage conditions or those regarding arrival/or departure will lead to the automatic termination of the contract.
VI. Alternatives or cancellation.
Wobuu.com reserves the right to replace the reserved accommodation by another with similar characteristics in case of any unforeseen events. In case of force majeure, Wobuu.com may cancel the contract and reimburse the total amount paid.
VI. Conditions of cancellation and confirmation.
The cancellation of the reservation must be carried out by certified mail stating the reasons caused by force majeure (dismissal, accident, illness or death). The pre-reservation is the concept of administrating and reserving an accommodation. As these works are carried out by wobuu.com, the cancellation conditions do not apply to the pre-reservation. Depending on the date of reception of the latter and depending on the time missing until the beginning of lease, we will reimburse the paid amounts according to the following list:
120 days prior to arrival , 50%.
90 days prior to arrival, 30%.
60 days prior to arrival, 0%.
VII. Types of conditions
Each accommodation is subject to payment conditions which will be carried out in the following way: You pay the pre-reservation which corresponds to 25% of the lease amount plus object insurance. Many accomodations require a reservation confirmation which varies depending on the time missing until your arrival as well as on the percentage of the reservation. The final payment will be carried out in cash upon hand-over of the keys, other payment forms are not permitted. Remember: WITHOUT CASH YOU WILL HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY. In case of nonobservance of the required deadlines, the reservation may be cancelled automatically and without further notice.
VII. Services and responsibilities.
Except for errors in transcription, all the information relative to the description of the accommodation are carefully established bona fide based on the information provided by the administrator who is solely responsible for it. Therefore, the administrator, in his function as intermediate of the service can neither be responsible for possible modifications affecting the accommodation or its surroundings, noises, construction works, power failure, nor for failure caused by third parties or cases off force majeure or unforeseen events. Neither the owner nor the administrator are responsible for any damages (injuries, illness, death, material damage or theft) which the client or his/her fellow travellers may suffer. Therefore, you will have to look after your safety and your property. The use of the swimming-pool and other installations of the accommodations are the user’s responsibility.
The client has to inform Wobuu.com about any problem with the accommodation before the first 48 hours have passed, in order to solve it as soon as possible. Should this not be the case, the client admits that the property is in perfect condition.
VIII. Suggestion box.
The team of Wobuu.com is at your entire disposal for any complaint or suggestion. We recommend you communicate any incidence immediately in order to solve it as soon as possible. Mail info@wobuu.com. A few deficiencies (functioning of certain installations) can only be detected upon arrival. Therefore we may ask you to verify the functioning of those and communicate any incidence.
IX. Information on the Web
Wobbu.com is not responsible for any error or omission which may occur. Wobuu.com reserves the right to change any information published on the web like prices, descriptions and photos at any time. Wobuu.com does neither guarantee the condition nor represents the convenience of any product or service published on its Web. Wobuu.com reserves the right to update any of its conditions at any moment, should this be necessary, according to its business.
The users have to verify the validity of the terms and conditions included in this page. The sole use of the services of this webpage implies the agreement to and the acceptance of the aforesaid terms and conditions and the future changes effected before your stay at the accommodation. Any dispute is subject to the arbitral court of Gibraltar.
X. Services included and not included in the price.
The weekly lease price includes the provision of the fully equipped accommodation, the fiscal charges of the house, the maintenance and cleaning of swimming-pools and gardens, bed sheets, towels, water and electricity costs.
The price does not include baby beds, baby chairs, extraordinary cleaning and the access of pets.
